When you receive a claim number, you will be eligible to begin ICBC acupuncture treatments regardless of who is at fault. You don't need to wait for a support and recovery specialist to contact you before you can start receiving treatment under ICBC's Enhanced Accident Benefits. For the first 12 weeks after your crash, you can get 12 acupuncture treatments right away with no cost.
